What is HavitoMail?
HavitoMail is business email on your own domain — for your team and for your AI agents. You create @yourcompany.com mailboxes for people in the dashboard, or for AI agents through a REST API and MCP server. Unlike Gmail or Zoho, there are no per-user fees: 20 mailboxes with full DNS setup, DKIM, SPF and DMARC for one flat yearly price.
Can I give my AI agent its own email address?
Yes. Create an API key in Settings, then create an inbox such as support-agent@yourcompany.com with one API call. Your agent can list unread mail, read messages, send, and reply in-thread through the REST API, the MCP server (Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients) or signed webhooks. Agent inboxes are real mailboxes, so your team can open them in webmail too.
Does HavitoMail work with Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT agents?
Any MCP client — including Claude Code, Claude Desktop and Cursor — can connect to the HavitoMail MCP server at https://havitomail.com/api/mcp with your API key. Agents built with other frameworks call the REST API at https://havitomail.com/api/v1. Bulk and cold-email sending is not allowed; sending limits apply.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up email?
No. Our DNS Setup Wizard shows you the exact records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to add at your domain registrar with copy-paste values. Most users are fully set up in under 30 minutes.
Which email clients can I use?
You can use our built-in webmail client, or connect any IMAP/SMTP-compatible app — Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Gmail (add account), iPhone Mail, Android Gmail. Full setup guides are provided in Settings → Connect Apps.
Will my emails land in spam?
HavitoMail auto-generates DKIM keys per domain and guides you through SPF and DMARC setup — the three authentication standards that prevent spam classification. Proper setup means your emails are treated as legitimate by Gmail, Outlook, and other providers.
Can I add email aliases?
Yes. You can create aliases like info@yourdomain.com or support@yourdomain.com and route them to any mailbox. Aliases are managed from the domain management panel.
Is there a free plan?
There is no permanent free plan, but every new account gets a 14-day free trial — no credit card needed to start. The trial includes 1 domain, 1 mailbox, 1 GB storage, the full webmail client, IMAP/SMTP and the DNS setup wizard. After the trial, Pro is $19/year (₹1,499/year in India) for 5 domains and 20 mailboxes — a flat price, not per user.
